Why credits, not seats?
Credits measure real AI usage — not who's logged in. Ten users who share an account but run reports daily will exhaust the monthly allowance, naturally preventing abuse without punishing legitimate multi-user access.
What happens when credits run out?
Your dashboard shows live credit usage. When you approach the limit, Rasa notifies you. You can top-up (Growth/Scale) or upgrade. Reports already running are never cut off mid-analysis.

Yes, on Growth and Scale plans you can purchase a one-time credit top-up from your account dashboard. Top-up packs expire at the end of the billing cycle they were purchased in. Starter users must upgrade to Growth to access top-ups.
